WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies across indirect spend categories in alignment with business objectives.
Use digital and AI tools to improve data quality, generate insights, and automate routine sourcing and reporting activities
Leverage AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, analytics platforms) to accelerate spend analysis, supplier research, and sourcing decision support.
Manage and coordinate the supplier onboarding process, ensuring requirements related to compliance, documentation, and system readiness are completed in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Assist in supplier identification, evaluation, and selection activities, including preparing comparison analyses and documentation.
Support contract development and negotiation preparation, including pricing analysis, benchmarking, and supplier performance tracking.
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, finance, operations, and supply management team members to support sourcing initiatives.
Assist with reporting, presentations, and metrics used to track cost, service, and volume performance across indirect categories.
YOU HAVE:
BS / BA degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
+2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or a related business function.
Experience using AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot or similar) to analyze data, generate insights, and support business decisions.
Fluency in English and Spanish language preferred, particularly for supplier engagement and collaboration in Mexico and global environments.
IVALUA desirable experience.
Strong analytical skills and ability to organize, interpret, and present data effectively.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (formulas, data basic pivot tables).
Familiarity with ERP/MRP or procurement systems is a plus.
Interest in learning sourcing strategy development, supplier negotiations, and category management.
