Title: Sourcing Analyst (Procurement) - P2 - 12-13 month contract
Location: Remote Canada
Reports To: Sr. Sourcing Manager
*Please note this contract has a 12 - 13 month duration.
The Role:
Working Excel Knowledge is required. Advanced Organizational and tracking skills a must. Excellent communication skills are required. Coupa experience is a big plus.
The Impact You Will Have in This Role:
This role will impact our suppliers’ impression of J.D. Power as you will be one of the first contact’s they have with us. This role will also impact our internal customers impression of our Dept. as you will be working tasks that are important to them and J.D. Power as a whole
What You'll Be Doing in This Role:
- Onboarding new suppliers – Verbally confirm received information, record and track responses
- Onboarding new suppliers – Gather and organize information and send to Sr. Buyer for supplier set up in Netsuite
- Assist with Technology Purchase Orders in Coupa
- Assist with ad hoc Excel projects
- Assist Sr. Manager with administrative tasks
Qualifications of this Role:
- Demonstrable experience in Excel, Internal and External Communications, and project tracking and organizing
- Have worked in corporate offices
- Education – BA or equivalent work experience
- With responsibility for faced paced project managing and tracking
- Software experience in Excel and Coupa is a plus
