About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcer/Coordinator to support our GTM (Go-to-Market) hiring efforts. This contract to hire position is a hybrid role that focuses on both sourcing top-tier candidates and providing administrative support to streamline the recruiting process for GTM roles, including sales, marketing, and customer success.
You will partner closely with your recruiter and hiring managers to identify, engage, and nurture talent in competitive markets, as well as help coordinate and facilitate the hiring process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

- Proactively sourcing and engaging with candidates for GTM roles across sales, marketing, customer success, business development, and more.
- Utilizing various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms, to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
- Developing strategies to target passive candidates and create engaging outreach campaigns.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
- Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.
- Acting as a liaison between candidates and internal teams, ensuring alignment on expectations and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Must have 2-5 years of experience in a sourcing role with a focus on GTM.
- Must have experience working in a fast paced startup environment.
- Experience using Greenhouse is a strong plus.
- 1-2 years of experience working in SaaS
- Familiarity with sales, marketing, and customer success talent pools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
- A passion for recruiting and an interest in building diverse and high-performing teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

What We Do
DuploCloud offers an end-to-end DevOps software platform for dev teams that don’t have dedicated DevOps engineers and augments those that do. The platform automates the provisioning of your application to the cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), integrating cloud ops, DevOps, and security/compliance with 24x7 monitoring and support. The software runs in your cloud account and is accessed thru our UI, Terraform or API.
