The role
We are currently hiring for an experienced Sourcer. You will use your technical knowledge and expertise to hire talented candidates to join our organization in IT, Sales, Data Development. You will use advanced sourcing methods to help us find and attract talented people who are looking to make an impact in our fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Source for high volume positions, specialized (Java, .NET, Full-stack, architects, scrum masters, QAA engineers, Security, DevOps) or General ones (Sales, BPO, DDC, Tech Support).
- Post open requisitions to career website and platforms; use digital recruitment tools and social media to promote opportunities or any other strategy to attract the volume required to fill high volume roles.
- Execute the plans/programs established with universities.
- Review job orders and employment applications to match applicants with job requirements
- Search for candidates using various sources such as databases, social media, networking, job fairs, media advertisements or employee referrals
- Keep track of candidates on the company’s tracking system.
- Send tests and assess candidates accordingly to job profile.
- Interview job applicants as part of the screening process to understand their work history, job skills, training, and education; and inform them of the position’s duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits and working conditions.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience, regardless of their application outcome.
- Maintain the data base updated
- Coordinate with the TA leader how to assign candidates to the different JRs
- Collect feedback from TA Lead / Recruiters on the candidates who have been interviewed by the Hiring Manager
What You’ll Bring
- 3-4 years of experience producing a robust pipeline for high volume roles; specialized: Java, .NET, Full-stack, architects, scrum masters, QAA engineers, Security, DevOps; and General: Sales, BPO, DDC, Tech Support.
- Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing skills (Boolean, x-ray, social media etc..).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- English language skills (written and verbal).
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced organization with multiple openings.
- Passionate about providing an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Excellent organizational, consultative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Great attitude and collaborative spirit.
