Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sourcing and engagement activities to fill the active vacancies:
- Define the sourcing strategy suitable for a specific search.
- Source relevant candidates through the various sourcing channels.
- Engage the relevant candidates.
- Participate in building and developing the internal database to make it more efficient, enabling quick and effective responses to emerging hiring needs.
- Build and maintain talent networks and pools for the key roles and locations you support, with a focus on long-term growth.
- Participate in cross-functional projects with the recruitment, employer brand, and other people-and-culture teams.
- Participate in the research tasks regarding the talent availability, compensation expectations, market trends, and competitor hiring practices.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 1+ years of experience as a talent sourcer or a recruiter in-house or in the agency.
- Working experience with sourcing techniques: Boolean search, X-ray search, and natural language search.
- Good knowledge of the different resources: LinkedIn, GitHub, Stackoverflow, Twitter, and others.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- English level - not less than upper-intermediate.
- Ability to work with a large amount of information and switch between tasks quickly.
- Curiosity and persistence in solving tasks.
