As a Source Throughput Analyst supporting the Source Persistence Office, you will be joining XTS's mission-ready, efficient, and collaborative team supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). In this role, you will be applying your knowledge of established and emerging sensor technologies to enhance collection methodologies, manage large mission data sets supporting real-time and activity-based GEOINT collection, and synchronizing mission requirements for greater efficiency and analysis accuracy

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, the desired candidate must demonstrate:
- Master’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience
- 10 years of relevant experience may be demonstrated in lieu of degree
- Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to take a CI Polygraph exam
- At least 5 years of experience with Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) of GEOINT data
- Includes real-time and Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) collection
- At least 5 years managing large multi-source data for assessing metrics associated with reliable model output, developing automated collection strategies, and collaborating with data scientists
- Knowledge of traditional and developing overhead sensors and capabilities with exposure to automated collection strategies.
- Ability to develop and sustain mission relationships across NGA, IC, and DoW and build relationships with NRO stakeholders
- Experience with NSG focus areas and collection management structures
- Experience with NSG/IC tools for GEOINT collection, production, and visualization
- Ability to help synchronize mission requirements to prevent redundancies, identify conflicts, and review priorities for tasking of traditional and non-traditional GEOINT sources
- Experience with turning intelligence capabilities and workflows into learning objectives for training audiences
- Includes experience providing feedback to assist with development of training materials
- GPC-F Certified
- Experience with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS)
- Experience with research, evaluation, and documentation of unique and non-traditional NTM sensor capabilities
- Operational experience with vector data
