Job Overview:
The STP/AP Project Manager role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating project management in our systems, processes, and standards throughout the STP/AP organization. This role ensures the successful delivery of ServiceNow (SNOW) initiatives by leading the strategy, design, and execution of system/business deployments and process improvements. The STP/AP Project Manager will be a central point for all system issues, enhancement requests, reporting, and overall support, including driving strategic objectives and continuous technical improvement. Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Establish, maintain, and enforce technical project management standards, methodologies, and frameworks to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across all projects.
  • Build Strategy: Provide leadership, direction, and oversight in building and executing strategies than align with STP/AP priorities, stakeholder needs, and that drive meaningful results. 
  • Drive Improvements: Collaborate closely with the GBS+ project team to implement system deployments and process improvements that drive innovation and deliver measurable value across a growing digital landscape.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication among project teams, sponsors, and other stakeholders on project status and performance metrics to ensure transparency and technical documentation sharing. Provide insightful leadership reporting using advanced analytics.
  • Training and Support: Provide technical guidance, training, and support to STP/AP associates on new or enhanced SNOW technology or GBS+ project initiatives
  • Global Process Governance: Manage and standardize global AP and Vendor Master Signavio process maps, knowledge content and taxonomy to ensure global standards and alignment. Work with the Global Source-to-Pay Capability leader to gather approval for deviations from standard processes.

Qualifications:  

  • Minimum 4-year college degree in a finance or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of total experience in a finance, accounting, shared services, accounts Payable process environment.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience managing projects or programs.
  • Strong ability to work in systems and/or analytics, understanding business processes and problem solving in business systems
  • Proven leadership, project management, problem-solving and team development skills 
  • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the global organization, both written and verbally (presentation and training) and cross-functionally
  • Experience with ServiceNow, SAP and Signavio are all preferred to drive successful work
  • Demonstrated success initiating change and process improvement

Skills Required
