What You'll do:
Support financial professionals across the country with administrative and operational tasks.
Manage client account administration and service requests.
Use multiple electronic systems simultaneously to complete work accurately and efficiently.
Maintain compliance-focused records, documentation, and processes.
Coordinate, organize, and prioritize work to meet deadlines and service expectations.
Leverage technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Communicate with advisors, clients, and internal teams through a variety of channels.
Research issues, solve problems, and identify practical solutions.
Manage electronic files and documentation using tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, and other business systems.
Learn new software, procedures, and technologies as business needs evolve.
Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
