Job Description
- Work as a Scrum Master to support Development Team and Product Owner
- Teach, train, coach, and mentor Agile methodologies/frameworks such as Scrum framework (planning, daily scrum, review, retrospective) to Software development team, extendable to Product Owner
- Facilitate meetings, ensure that the development team focuses on development and technical topics
- Prevent and solve impediments
- Motivate team’s spirit
- Ensure that the team follows both Scrum framework and Bosch’s standards
- Assist on project management related tasks such as budget tracking, risk reporting, documentation, follow open points...
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to exchange lessons learned, best practices, and processes/tools update
Qualifications
- Project management knowledge with background in Economics, Business management, or Information Technologies
- At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in the IT domain
- Scrum Master certificate (Professional Scrum Master I and/or II, or other widely recognized certificates)
- PMI (Project Management Institute) Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is a plus
- Proficient in English communication
- Well versed in using office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Quick learner and high teamwork spirit
- Have interest in IT knowledge and tools.
