Your Role: At the Heart of the Chain
Salary Range
$48,125.00 - $60,156.50.
Responsabilities:
Demonstrate leadership: manage, motivate and maximize employee performance (team of 15 to 20 ) in the sorting area.
Be organized: plan the work flow and ensure that employees understand and perform their tasks well. Ensure the onboarding of new sorters in the station.
Be productive: set performance goals and deadlines in line with organizational plans.
Multitasking: prepare and organize the sorting station (boxes / envelopes), supervise all activities related to sorting packages and monitor the progress of packages per hour according to established objectives.
Be diligent: ensure the cleanliness of the work area and the use of safe work methods and behaviors within his team.
Qualifications
Be able to work in an environment where deadlines are very tight and adapt very quickly to the needs of the business.
Be bilingual in French and English.
Have general computer skills (Office365).
Have basic knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
Have warehouse experience, supervising and / or managing employees.
