What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:

• Maintain and improve a sustainable Product Quality System and Quality Culture, investigating deviations and tracking corrective actions
• Handle customer complaints on product quality, performing intake, triage, and forwarding cases to the appropriate site for investigation
• Monitor key quality performance indicators, evaluate trends, and identify necessary actions, informing Quality Operations Management of significant issues
• Operate independently in ambiguous situations, developing new options guided by policies in non-standard scenarios
• Implement and oversee the Pfizer Training Quality System, ensuring appropriate training on Good Distribution Practices for relevant colleagues

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

• Has an appropriate education in science or quality topics
• Has appropriate pharmaceutical industry experience (e.g. product quality, regulatory affairs)
• Strong negotiation and effective communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Fluent Lithuanian and English communication skills - verbal and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

• Proficiency in quality assurance and quality control of medicinal products
• Solid understanding of warehousing operations
• Comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical legislation, GDP
• Experience with SAP
• Fluency in other languages(EU)
• Experience in cross-functional teams
