Key Responsibilities
Tus funciones:
- Gestión y filtrado de tickets correctivos.
- Atender y resolver casos vía llamada telefónica o por correo hacia el cliente
- Resolución remota (Phone Fix)
- Escalar tickets a Dispatch
- Mantener trazabilidad y calidad de registros en Sistema y bitácoras.
- Escalamiento oportuno, asegurando calidad de datos, cumplimiento de SLA y reducción de envíos a campo, con apoyo en capacitación técnica y colaboración con equipos operativos.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
FORMACIÓN Y CALIFICACIONES REQUERIDAS
· Carrera técnica o licenciatura en Informática, Sistemas Computacionales, TI o afines.
· Experiencia en soporte técnico, dispatch o roles similares.
· Conocimiento básico en soporte técnico de hardware y software (deseable).
· Manejo de sistemas y herramientas de registro.
· Manejo de paquetería Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel y Power Bi)
· Español fluido; inglés básico.
