Our Sending Technology Solutions business provides innovative mailing and shipping solutions that enable small and medium businesses to simplify their sending operations and deliver greater value to their customers.  Our mailing and shipping technology supports more than one million businesses, from addressing and postage evidencing to multi-carrier parcel shipping and payments.

To grow into a Systems Engineer, you will need to:

• Field Tier 1 escalations in at least two Integrated Software Solutions

• Continuously exhibit Quality Assurance (QA) scores above 90%

• Show Auto-in urgency by maintaining Agent Service Levels above 70%

• Provide documented Employee Development in Technical and Leadership disciplines

• Display Client focus by sustaining NSAT scores above 84%

We are also focused on planning and preparing for the future, and developing our people to have the skills needed for the changing world we live in. Skills that can be developed to help ensure future success include:

Compensation:

The wage range for this position is $14.24 - $26.70 per hour, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.
