We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Sales Specialist to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in driving revenue and expanding our footprint within the Atlassian ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and results-oriented professional with a proven track record of success in selling complex solutions and professional services. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating leads, understanding client needs, crafting compelling proposals and closing deals that deliver significant value to our clients.


What you’ll be doing 💪


- Identify and qualify new leads within the target market aligned with your assigned territory or vertical.

- Deeply understand Atlassian products and services, along with complementary solutions from our partners, to develop and present customized solutions that address clients unique business challenges. You will be comfortable closing seven-figure software resell deals and professional services deals greater than $150,000

- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, understand their pain points and objectives and foster long-term partnerships - we expect you to have your key buyers on different communication platforms!

- Create compelling and competitive proposals that articulate the value proposition and demonstrate the ROI of your proposed solutions.

- Confidently negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed your assigned sales targets.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings and Atlassian product roadmap to inform your sales strategies.

- Work closely with your colleagues in technical, pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless client engagements and successful project implementations.

- You have experience working ‘in the channel’ closely aligned to a large, successful software vendor such as Atlassian.


What you’ll bring to the table 🧑‍💻


- An insatiable curiosity for the way businesses work and the challenges facing our key buyer profiles (CFO, CIO, CTO, Head of Engineering)

- Comfortable writing and constantly updating territory and account plans

- Comfortable partnering with key cross-functional partners such as our marketing team to develop and drive pipe building initiatives and proactively lean into marketing lead initiatives

- Can develop strategic direction from market information and create compelling market analysis presentations

- Ability to have an ongoing regular conversation with executive buyer


Requirements:


- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a solutions sales role, preferably within the IT consulting industry.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.

- Strong understanding of the Atlassian suite of products and services (Jira, Confluence, Service Management, etc.).

- Experience selling complementary solutions within the Atlassian ecosystem, or competitive platforms is a plus.

- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented and driven to exceed expectations.

- Competency in the typical back office support tools and CRM software associated with sales environments and global asynchronous communication.
