We are seeking a Solutions Sales Consultant to join Aven Hospitality’s Solutions Consulting team, where innovation knows no borders. This team leads with impact—serving as the technical lead for all commercial activities including new sales, renewals and product expansion. The team partners closely with Sales and Account Management to deliver solutions that drive customer success and business growth across the hospitality industry. As a Solutions Sales Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders. You will lead pre-sales engagements, shape solution strategy and influence outcomes across high-value opportunities. You will bring strong technical depth, commercial insight and the ability to connect customer needs with scalable solutions that deliver measurable value.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical solution strategy across sales cycles while aligning customer needs with hospitality capabilities at Aven.
- Partner with Sales and Account Management to drive discovery, solution positioning and value-based selling.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations that connect business outcomes with technical solutions.
- Translate customer requirements into clear solution designs including scope, architecture and integration approach.
- Guide customers on implementation approach and integration models.
Preferred qualifications and education
- At least 6 years of experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering or pre-sales within hospitality technology or SaaS.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality systems such as CRS, PMS, RMS, distribution and integrations.
- Prior experience supporting large Chinese or Japanese hotel chains in a vendor environment is preferred.
- Experience working with APIs including REST and SOAP and the ability to explain integration patterns to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven understanding of system architecture, data flows and third-party integrations within enterprise platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex deals and influence technical and business stakeholders at an enterprise level.
- Ability to travel to meet with global customers and support commercial activities.
