You will be responsible for the end-to-end order to cash leadership and accountability for HPE Greenlake and A&PS orders for the entire LAC region. You will have a dedicated team of 15 talents while at the same time work in tandem with the Centers in Chennai and Dalian. It is imperative the customer first/last mindset throughout with whom you work with as well as with our end customer and partners. You must embrace a fast-changing environment which is pillar in what we do, while simultaneously looking into simplification, standardization and automation.
What you’ll do:
Role and Responsibilities
• Lead a team of about 15 people working on Presales support, order booking and invoicing activities, adherence to HPE compliance requirements for HPE GreenLake Custom and Advisory & Professional. Services business (incl. Education).
• Ensure a competitive advantage for HPE, relentlessly focused on the customer experience, through an empowered and technology-enabled workforce.
• Support the Sales Team to win deals and drive customer retention through differentiated Operations experience.
• Proactively drive Operational Excellence such as Order booking and Invoicing Turnaround Time improvements.
• Drive continuous improvements (standardization, simplification, automation) to ensure highest service level, free up and re-invest capacity and increase value-add.
• Engage with key stakeholders and collaborate with Solutions Operations Centers as well the various entities we are working with for order booking and invoicing such as Compliance, Finance, HPEFES Delivery etc.
• Develop and motivate people through people care, knowledge management and up-skill programs.
• Track and improve Business Partner Satisfaction.
• Manage budget and actual costs under WW guidance.
• Lead and contribute to various WW initiatives to improve the E2E experience with HPE GreenLake Cloud offers.
What you need to bring:
Education and Experience Required
• MBA or advanced university degree, Bachelor’s or similar degree required.
• Significantly experienced in leading a team with 10 People+ as a GEO leader with 5+ years of experience.
• Be familiar with services business and/or quote to cash operations processes.
Knowledge and Skills
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, including goal-setting, conflict resolution, performance management,
budget planning, problem solving, valuation and employee engagement.
• Excellent communication skills, includes verbal, written and presentation forms; strong influence skills. Mastery in
English and local language as well as other languages as required.
• Proficient English skill both orally and literally
• Business acumen and understanding of risk mitigation approaches and contract language usage
• Advanced understanding of operations function and how to continuously drive operations excellence
• Workforce Planning: Strategic Workforce Planning & Alignment with corporate initiatives such as GreenLake growth
• Implementation of large scale optimization and transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to build, develop and inspire talent. Builds highly effective diverse teams
• Embraces and leads management of change within the organization and with business partners and stakeholders
• Understanding of the company's policies and processes
• Identifies required process and capability changes, ensure efficient deployment and adherence to processes
• Share HPE’s value and understanding multi-national culture
• Be flexible with working time, travel and evening calls are acceptable
