The Implementation Specialist uses product knowledge, project management principles, and client relationship skills to lead clients through successful onboarding, system enhancements, and data correction for their contracted Equifax Workforce Solutions’. They will provide consultative guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle from contract signature through go-live hypercare. This position will also serve as our clients’ champion within Workforce Solutions, ensuring our company is consistently delivering compliance services that are of superior quality.
What You’ll Do:
Manages the technical implementation and quality of data for Equifax Workforce Solutions’ clients
Employs project management principles for an efficient activation of service(s)
Fosters client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, providing strategic direction and guidance to the client on configuration options
Demonstrates the value of service(s) through instructional presentations and proactively recommends enhancements or new services based upon client input
Researches and identifies service/product issues reported through the client or found through Implementation of new file and work with client to create a resolution
Coordinates, tests, and executes the transfer of new data feeds or data corrections with clients to ensure that continuity and level of service(s) are maintained and/or enhanced
Holds the overall responsibility for the success of a client’s enablement project while operating in a cohesive, cross-functional team environment
Partners with the Operations, Product Management, Sales, and Technology teams for technical matters from advancement of technical proficiencies to problem resolution of any client issues
What you need to be eligible:
Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of equivalent business experience in an implementations/client-facing role.
B2 English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills.
1-2 years of prior business or educational experience working with HTML, XML and web-services.
1-2 years of prior business or educational experience with employee self-service or SaaS web-based applications.
1-2 years of prior experience or educational experience in Python, APIs and SQL.
