The Role
Lead Servigistics implementation projects focused on Service Parts Management and Service Supply Chain planning. Responsibilities include facilitating customer workshops, gathering requirements, designing and configuring solutions, translating business needs into functional and technical designs, training customers, supporting implementations, and mentoring consultants. The role requires expertise in supply and inventory planning, hands-on service parts planning software experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and approximately 10% travel.

Your Team
  • You will be an integral member of our EMEA Solutions Implementation team within the Servigistics Business Unit.
  • Our team focuses on helping customers adopt best practices in Service Parts Management and designing solutions that enable successful implementations.
  • We are passionate about Service Supply Chain and help our customers achieve their desired service levels in the aftermarket while optimizing inventory investment.
  • You will join a highly skilled, multicultural, collaborative, and results-oriented consulting team working with customers across multiple industries and geographies.
Your Impact
  • Act as an Application Architect / Solution Consultant on Servigistics implementation projects.
  • Work primarily with Servigistics Service Parts Management, with potential exposure to Service Parts Pricing.
  • Lead and facilitate customer workshops to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and define solutions using Servigistics.
  • Help customers adopt Service Supply Chain best practices and improve key business outcomes such as service levels, parts availability, and inventory optimization.
  • Design solutions for complex Service Supply Chain and Service Parts Planning business scenarios.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
  • Identify opportunities for additional process consulting and solution improvement activities.
  • Support and mentor other team members in the Service Supply Chain and Servigistics domains.
Day-to-Day
  • Present Servigistics capabilities and recommend solution designs that address key customer business challenges.
  • Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and customer-facing workshops.
  • Analyze and communicate both technical and business information to customer stakeholders.
  • Configure and support the implementation of Service Parts Planning solutions.
  • Provide customer training on Servigistics functionality, processes, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants, architects, and customer teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the development and knowledge growth of other consultants within the Service Supply Chain domain.
  • Support project management activities when required.
  • Travel to customer locations for workshops, implementation activities, and other project needs, with approximately 10% travel expected.
Your Skills and Knowledge
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Previous professional experience in Supply Planning, Service Parts Planning, Inventory Planning, or Supply Chain Planning.
  • Previous hands-on experience with Service Parts Planning software is required. Experience with Servigistics as a key-user or consultant is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Service Supply Chain, inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment, or Service Parts Management concepts.
  • Proven ability to lead and facilitate customer-facing workshops.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional solution designs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively with customers and distributed international teams.
  • Availability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
  • Experience managing or supporting IT implementation projects is a plus.
