What You’ll Do
NetDocuments, the leader in cloud-based document and email management, is seeking a Solutions Expert to join our team in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor, helping law firms, legal teams, and businesses unlock the full potential of our legal documentation SaaS platform. You'll bridge the gap between customer needs and our innovative technology, ensuring seamless adoption and success.
For over two decades, NetDocuments has been a driving force in cloud computing, serving some of the world’s most prestigious law firms, financial institutions, and corporations. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate Solutions Expert to join our team and make a lasting impact. This position is based in the United Kingdom.
You will:
- Develop a deep understanding of the NetDocuments platform
- Deliver engaging and tailored product demonstrations that highlight the value of the NetDocuments solutions for law firms
- Interact with customers and partners to promote the company and solution
- Participate as a subject matter expert on NetDocuments-sponsored Webinars
- Proficient with virtual meeting software like Microsoft Teams
- Navigate diverse Q&A sessions during presentations
- Ability to tell a compelling story
- Explain technical concepts in a way that can be understood by business-minded people
What You’ll Need to be Successful
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Must be fluent in English. Additionally, fluency in Dutch or Italian is a plus.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience (e.g., customer success, sales engineering, or consulting)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience, especially in SaaS or technical sales roles. · Ability to clearly communicate the solution’s value proposition to clients and prospects in writing and in conversation
