The Role

⭐ About the team:
Spanning across continents and time zones, the Solution Engineering team is led by our VP of Solutions & Services and are located in both Europe and the US. In partnership with our Account Executives, this team is responsible for adding new names to our roster to the likes of current clients like Etsy, New York Times,, SeatGeek or TripAdvisor. 
Leading a remote team of Solution Engineers in the US, you will utilize your business competencies and technical expertise to best orient prospects to support sales goals, while continuously upskilling and growing your future team.
You will handle all the technical discussions with prospective clients and assist them with understanding how the DataDome solution works and how it can be implemented in their existing architecture.
🏆What does success look like as a Solution Engineering Manager:

An ideal SE Manager at DataDome is the main point of contact for customers. You will become intimately acquainted with their business requirements, technical needs, systems, technical environment and service history, while enabling your team to manage and drive the targeted business goals. You will also liaise on a continual basis with various stakeholders on both the tech and business units. You are at ease being hands-on, but also passionate about building your team. 

👉 You will be more specifically in charge of things like...

  • constructing and creating a process flow that ensures business continuity and collaboration amongst the team cross functionally. 
  • understanding and guiding complex client challenges and advising on the advantages of deploying the DataDome solution from technical and business points of view. 
  • visualizing customer internal systems and information challenges.
  • leading technical discussion with prospects.


  • configuring prospect's stack to enhance bot detection.
  • being responsible for the pipeline accuracy within Salesforce internally. 
  • representing DataDome at conferences such as AWS, re:Invent, RSA, BlackHat and other events organized by our Marketing team.

👤You’re the perfect candidate if :…

  • You have at least 3 years of management experience. 
  • You have worked within a SaaS company as a solution Engineer for at least for 3 years.
  • You have a strong background in cloud architecture and/or Web infrastructure (XFF, Cookies, CORS, keep-alive, SPA, etc ..).
  • You are at ease interacting with a variety of client questions, concerns and queries. 
  • You are interested in cybersecurity topics.
