Job Description
Are you passionate about interacting with Customers, listening to their needs and building software and hardware solutions for a win/win outcome? We are! We need team members who can interact at all levels of our Customers and observe their cash office operations while building integrated solutions to drive cash office efficiencies. Are you an awesome and effective communicator? Can work with Sales, Cross Functional teams and our Partners to build software and hardware solutions while supporting our existing customer needs? Location: Work From Home (USA)
Pay: $80,000-$95,000
In this role, you would:
- Provide business and technical support to our Customers and team up with Brinks teams (Sales, Customer Care and Cross Functional teams).
- Lead in the project management and implementation of software and hardware solutions (Pre & Post Sales activities).
- Work with Customers to understand their needs and then deliver solutions.
- Create documentation, ROI and Observation analysis, SOW and intricacies of the customer.
- Perform on-site presentations and product demonstrations, observations and presentations of product offerings and solutions.
- Create and provide training and support documents both internally and externally at customer sites.
- Software and Hardware troubleshooting and resolution reporting to stakeholders.
- Work with internal Cross Functional teams on testing, installation, enhancements and operational readiness for these solutions.
- Travel required
