Solutions Engineer

Position Summary:  The Solutions Engineer is responsible for acting as a strategic technology advisor, partnering with clients to align their IT strategies with business goals and ensuring seamless IT solution implementation for improved efficiency, security, and growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Solutions Engineer will:

• Be actively engaged in a professional growth plan.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop strategic IT plans that align with their objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor for all technology-related matters.
• Create IT assessment reports to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring they deliver quality services and products that meet client needs, as well as support, training, and incentives for MTC.
• Assist clients in developing and managing IT budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and data security.
• Work closely with internal teams, including engineers, support staff, and sales, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively to develop, validate, and document the MapleTronics technology stack with the goal of creating simple, modular solutions to solve many client problems.
