The RoleAs a member of our solutions engineering team, you’ll provide world-class customer support to Vapi self-serve customers across our support infrastructure. From our inbox to Vapi forums, you’ll quickly resolve technical issues, instill confidence in our customer service and product quality, and remind our customers why Vapi is a market leader in voice AI.
OutcomesResolve 70+ customer support tickets each day
Surface customer feedback to engineering and product teams to improve Vapi product quality
Deliver outstanding technical customer support to Vapi self-serve customers
Prior experience using no-code or low-code tools like Make, Zaiper, and N8N.
Experience navigating developer channels and tools, such as codebases, technical documentation, and communication channels (slack, discord, reddit, etc.)
Communication: You can clearly articulate what's going on to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Cracked-ness: You’re more cracked than the most cracked person on the team
Organization: You naturally gravitate toward building systems that stand the test of time
Startup Ready: You have a reason to be here and can make sacrifices for something uncertain
Founder Juice: New ideas come from you, you build it yourself or annoy everyone until it’s done ;)
A passion for technology and proven experience in the startup/tech/evangelist community
Prior experience in a technical role, such as developer relations, technical customer support, or software engineering
Bonus: Experience with LLMs and conversational AI
Self-starter: You take initiative to get shit done and figure out what's the highest value thing to do
Bonus: Previous technical founder of a B2B SaaS company
