The role: Our Solutions Engineer will play an integral role driving the vision for Axios HQ.
Go deeper: A Solutions Engineer’s responsibilities are the following:
- Engage with customers in a technical capacity to help them get the most value out of Axios HQ
- Troubleshoot open issues for customers in collaboration with our Account Management team and Engineering team
- Deeply understand the HQ product from a user and engineering perspective
- Triage incoming requests, find workarounds, and identify root causes
- Review and prioritize issues with the engineering team
- Contribute to internal tooling around customer support
- Working hours: 9am-6pm PT
The details: Ideal candidates will embody an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for Axios HQ’s mission and values - raise the bar, stay curious, be inclusive, always, and champion each other - and have the following skills:
- Track record of providing great customer experiences
- Passion for problem-solving
- Highly collaborative attitude and comfortable working with cross-functional colleagues at all levels
- Strong empathy for user experience
- Experience with Javascript/TypeScript
- Previous technical experience designing and implementing software solutions is a plus
Don’t forget:
- Axios HQ believes in fair and equitable pay. Base salary for this role is in the range of $75,000-$90,000 and is dependent on numerous factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, and skills.
