You are:
- A team player with 3+ years of experience working in higher-education with an emphasis on admissions and enrollment management.
- Excellent with written and verbal communication as well as relationship development and proficient in G-Suite & CRM environments.
- A critical thinker who can align value proposition to prospects needs
- A technology champion who can demonstrate product for prospects in a way that aligns with different roles and personas.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a “get it done” mentality
- Ability to anticipate deal management strategy and apply appropriate value touches
- Adaptable and eager to continuously learn in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree required
What you’ll do in this role:
- Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base
- Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
- Provide a personalized demo experience based on client research and feedback. This would entail tailoring what you speak about, how the platform is built out and positioned, custom slide decks, and more…
- Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
- Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
- Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
- Collect and document competitive intelligence
- Opportunity to lead strategic initiatives and contribute to shaping the future of our solutions engineering team.
- Function as a SME on the Element451 product for our internal team to assist in areas such as sales enablement, training, and content creation.
Annual salary $85,000 - 92,000 with commission plan
