Role: Solutions Engineer - Web
Reporting to: Solutions Engineer Lead
Overview:
The Opportunity
Incode is looking for an Integration Support Solutions Engineer to play a pivotal role in delivering state-of-the-art identity solutions in an enterprise SaaS environment. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer skilled in web application integration, API utilization, and troubleshooting complex technical challenges. You will guide clients through integrating Incode’s platform, resolve advanced technical issues, and actively contribute to platform improvements.
As a technical authority, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, supporting customers and internal stakeholders to optimize integrations, enhance client experience, and improve platform performance.
Experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within enterprise SaaS environments.
- Demonstrated capability in troubleshooting complex integration issues.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong proficiency with at least one front-end framework (React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Extensive experience in RESTful API integration and troubleshooting.
- Solid expertise in integrating third-party Web or Mobile SDKs.
- Strong grasp of CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS).
- Thorough understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Deep knowledge of version control systems (Git).
- Proficient in development environments (Visual Studio Code).
- Comprehensive experience with build tools and package management (Webpack, Vite, Parcel, npm/yarn).
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, Selenium).
- Expert use of browser developer tools and network diagnostics.
- Strong understanding of web security best practices (CORS, CSRF, XSS, OAuth, JWT).
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Understanding of microservices architectures and containerization tools (Docker).
- Familiarity with non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Awareness of UI/UX principles and tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in English (mandatory);
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
