What you will do

You will act as the key bridge between Lighthouse’s Revenue Intelligence sales teams and our newly integrated MarTech solutions from The Hotels Network. You will support the full sales cycle, elevate the sales team’s competency in marketing technology, and engage directly with hotel marketing and ecommerce stakeholders. This role blends presales expertise, commercial strategy, storytelling, and enablement to accelerate win rates and drive the success of the combined Lighthouse THN offering.

Where you will have impact

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on The Hotels Network product suite and its value for hotel marketing and e-commerce stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in customer meetings, owning the marketing narrative in advanced stages of the sales cycle.
  • Diagnose customer needs related to direct booking, CRO, personalisation, and digital marketing performance.
  • Deliver tailored, high impact product demonstrations adapted to marketing teams.
  • Create standardized and reproducible content: demo scripts, objection handling, presentation modules, email templates, battle cards and marketing talk tracks.
  • Build and run training programs to upskill the core sales team on MarTech vocabulary, concepts and value articulation.
  • Maintain and improve the sales enablement content library.
  • Gather feedback from the field and share insights with Sales Leadership and Product.
  • Contribute to the integrated Lighthouse THN go to market strategy.

Who you are?

  • Three plus years of experience in a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer or senior B2B Sales role within hospitality technology.
  • Deep knowledge of hotel marketing technology including website optimization, personalization, CRM, digital advertising and direct booking strategies.
  • Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, commercial value for both Marketing and Revenue Management teams.
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, comfortable with senior customer stakeholders.
  • Experience enabling or training a large sales team on new product domains is a strong advantage.

Measures of Success

  • Marketing assisted win rate: highest win rate across opportunities where you participate in second or third stage meetings.
  • Sales cycle length reduction for deals involving THN solutions.
  • Content utilisation: more than eighty percent adoption of all reproducible sales content within sixty days of release.
  • Improved sales team confidence in selling the MarTech value proposition.
  • Increased average deal value for the THN component within integrated packages.
