Key Responsibilities:
- [Technical Expertise and Solutioning]: Provide deep technical knowledge of Aircall's offerings, including our product capabilities, APIs, and integrations. Guide clients in designing and leading Proof of Concepts (POC) to showcase Aircall’s value in their specific context.
- [Requirements Discovery and Solution Mapping]: Collaborate with prospects and clients to uncover technical requirements and map out how Aircall can integrate seamlessly with their existing tools and workflows.
- [Demo and Presentation Delivery]: Deliver compelling demos and presentations that translate complex technical solutions into clear, understandable value propositions tailored to the audience's needs.
- [Internal and External Stakeholder Management]: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Partner Managers) and third-party partners to manage and influence the direction of deals and ensure successful technical implementations.
- [Objection Handling and Deal Strategy]: Address client concerns and objections effectively, leveraging your technical expertise to position Aircall favorably and co-own the process of moving opportunities through the sales funnel by providing technical validation and systems integration guidance.
- [Knowledge Sharing and Documentation]: Build and maintain internal and external documentation, sharing best practices, workflows, and technical knowledge to empower both the internal team and our broader developer community.
- [Customer Centricity]: Maintain a customer-first approach in all engagements, ensuring that solutions are designed with their needs and expectations at the forefront.
Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with front-end and back-end development, REST APIs, webhooks, cloud architecture, and data analytics. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Ruby) is a plus.
- Solutioning Mindset: Ability to propose creative and efficient solutions that meet client needs while managing expectations and minimizing unnecessary complexity.
- Communication and Value Transfer: Exceptional communication skills with a talent for conveying the unique value of Aircall to clients, focusing on outcomes and business impact.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Strong ability to understand customer challenges and advocate for their needs, even when it means challenging internal perspectives
- Project and Time Management: Proven experience managing complex projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and maintaining high levels of organization
- Adaptability and Continuous Learning: A growth mindset, always seeking to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or similar technical pre-sales role within a tech company.
- Bilingual in Spanish or French is a plus.
- A natural curiosity combined with a critical thinking approach to problem-solving.
