We are looking for a Solutions Engineer (Mobile) to join our team in Palo Alto! The role will involve working with mobile app publishers on their most difficult technical issues, suggesting product improvements, and working with partnering companies that help facilitate app monetization. You will work directly with AppLovin’s engineering teams and leadership to understand, architect, and prioritize engineering solutions to technical problems.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate technical issues with AppLovin's core products
- Efficiently collaborate and communicate with app developers
- Run analysis on large data sets to identify underlying product issues
- Development of internal tools and scripts to increase productivity
- Propose new features and improvements to AppLovin products
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 1-2 years of software development experience
- Excellent problem solving, debugging, and technical communication skills
- Mobile app development experience in Objective-C/Swift and/or Java/Kotlin
- Ability to prioritize work based on business need and opportunity
- Interest and ability to learn new technologies and programming languages
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with network requests and proxy tools like Charles Proxy
- Knowledge of mobile advertising landscape
- Experience with Unity or other cross platform solutions/game engines
- Experience in any general purpose scripting languages

AppLovin provides a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance rewards approach. Total compensation at AppLovin is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Depending on the position offered, equity, and other forms of incentive compensation (as applicable) may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to dental, vision, and other benefits.
CA Base Pay Range
$111,000—$167,000 USD
