As a Solutions Engineer IV in the Information Technology Group (ITG), you will work with teams across ITG, Global Business Services (GBS), architecture, and business stakeholders to define and enable new technology solutions and capabilities. You will establish and grow relationships with customers to enable them to deliver on their business outcomes.

You'll work across the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization through production, spanning multiple capabilities and/or products within an assigned domain.

Leverages emerging technology patterns, frameworks in architecting and designing solutions.

Design and implement scalable and robust solutions.

Provides technical leadership and guidance to the team.

Partners alongside architecture and other technology teams to understand issues

You set the standard for quality, simplicity, test coverage, and documentation.

You collaborate effectively to support team strategy, contributing to architecture and technology choices.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, related technical degree, or equivalent work experience

7+ years of experience in solution delivery, spanning multiple capabilities and/or products within an assigned domain.

Strong understanding of new and emerging technology patterns and frameworks.

Proficiencies in one or more programming languages, familiarity with cloud, APIs and SQL.

Knowledge of software engineering best practices, such as: unit testing, conducting code reviews, and creating design documentation.

Demonstrated thought leadership and deep understanding of supported business capabilities.

Ability to influence business and technology roadmaps for a product/solution within an assigned domain.

Experience in leading end-to-end solutioning across all aspects of SDLC (analysis, development, testing, deployment, support, etc.) for business problems with medium to high complexity and ambiguity.

Proficiency in building relationships and networking with a wide group of stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within Agile delivery teams.

Ability to elicit requirements from customers, and partner with global business and technology teams, architecture, and external vendors to propose technology solutions.

Strong communication and presentation skills.
Southern California Base Salary Range: $153,965-$246,344
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
