Role Description
Include, but are not limited to:
Participate in SHI’s AGT AI Platforms team, contributing to internal and customer-facing innovation efforts.
Assist in mapping business problems to AI-enabled solution designs.
Support development of proof-of-concepts, demos, and prototypes using AI, analytics, and automation technologies.
Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to clean, preprocess, and analyze datasets.
Assist in developing and testing code to support AI workflows, automation, or integrations.
Help create solution documentation, diagrams, and presentations for both internal and external audiences.
Participate in customer-facing demo preparation and solution walkthroughs.
Document technical work and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Provide regular status updates to mentors and program leadership.

Skill Level Requirements
Ability to assist in developing, testing, and troubleshooting basic code for AI workflows or automation (Python, JavaScript, or similar). – Beginner
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives and solution development. – Intermediate
Ability to analyze, clean, and prepare datasets using data manipulation tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy). – Beginner
Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences. – Intermediate
Ability to help prepare and deliver solution demos and presentations for internal and customer-facing activities. – Intermediate
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. – Intermediate
Familiarity with basic machine learning concepts, AI frameworks, or data visualization tools, with willingness to apply and expand this knowledge. – Beginner
Other Requirements
Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in good academic standing working towards a bachelor’s degree.
Must be available to participate for the full 12-week internship duration.
Must be able to work onsite as required by the internship program.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 per hour.
