As a Solution Engineer, you will:
- Define, customize and execute implementation plans with key deliverables and project milestones with the CSM/PM and Deliverability experts.
- Define and execute implementation plans, ensuring optimal setup and usage of product features, including API integrations.
- Work closely with the CSM team & Technical teams (Product, Engineering, and Customer Care) to keep on optimizing the implementation process.
- Address technical questions from customers, offering accurate and comprehensive information to foster confidence in our solutions.
- Create compelling technical proposals that highlight the unique advantages and value proposition of our products.
- Proactively test, troubleshoot, and monitor client setups during the implementation phase, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Conduct product training sessions for customers and the revenue department, and provide technical guidance during product installation and customization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and product developments, and facilitate the integration of customer feedback into product development, enhancing product relevance and competitiveness.
What will contribute to your success:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- +3 years of experience in Consulting, Sales Engineering, Technical sales, or Product management roles.
- Strong technical background with a special focus on RESTful API and capability to exploit logs and strong understanding of the e-mail marketing sector.
- Fluent in French & English
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Experience with CDP (customer data platform) is a plus!
- Proven ability to develop relationships and consult with customers to understand their business challenges and objectives.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and marketing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about business and technical challenges.
- You are curious, eager to learn, and have great adaptability to change!
