Solutions Engineer, EMEA - SELECT by DoiT, Remote (Poland)

Location: Our Solutions Engineer, SELECT by DoiT, will be an integral part of our Solutions Engineering team in EMEA. This role is based remotely in the UK, Netherlands, Sweden, Estonia, is open to contractors in Poland, Romania or Portugal.

  The Opportunity
  As a Solutions Engineer, PerfectScale by DoiT, you will be a pivotal technical leader, collaborating closely with our Account Executive team to deliver exceptional value throughout the customer journey, specifically focusing on our cutting-edge Kubernetes optimization capabilities.
  
  Responsibilities
• Lead technical discovery with AEs — uncover Kubernetes challenges, cost goals, and business objectives
• Own POC preparation, management, and technical outcomes for PerfectScale engagement
• Build and deliver tailored PerfectScale demos addressing prospect-specific use cases
• Develop ROI analyses and business cases that quantify cost savings and performance gains
• Become the internal PerfectScale go-to — guide prospects from evaluation to implementation
• Present at industry events showcasing Kubernetes optimization expertise
• Maintain accurate, timely data entry across internal business tools

About You
You're an accomplished Solutions Engineer with a B2B SaaS track record, strong DevOps and Kubernetes background, and a passion for solving complex cloud challenges. You thrive as the technical leader in a sales team, take full ownership of outcomes, and excel in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering within B2B SaaS, selling to DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or FinOps teams
• Deep hands-on Kubernetes knowledge across EKS, AKS, GKE, and OpenShift
• Experience with cloud SaaS tools — observability, FinOps, or optimization platforms
• Strong data analysis skills using Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog — identifying trends and extracting actionable insights
• Proven ability to build compelling business cases using product data
• Clear communicator — translates complex Kubernetes concepts for both technical and executive audiences
• Experience presenting to C-level stakeholders on cloud cost and Kubernetes strategy
• Background as a DevOps/Platform/SRE/FinOps engineer is a strong plus
