As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for helping existing BPM customers further their technology footprint. You will be supported by the Go-to-Market team, inclusive of marketing, operations and director team members.
Responsibilities
· Working with existing BPM customers to expand their NetSuite and Salesforce footprint.
· Provide technical and functional information on ERP, CRM and adjacent technologies.
· Providing demonstrations of relevant technology platforms
· Maintain ongoing relationships with existing Customers to foster customer satisfaction, referencability and future revenue growth
· Creating Statements of Work and reviewing Statements of Work with prospects
Requirements:
· 5+ years implementing or using enterprise application solutions (Preferably NetSuite)
· Operates well as an individual contributor but also as a team player
· Detail oriented fluent in effective writing and speaking skills
· Great presentation skills for demonstrations of product as well as review of documentation
