Aaru operates at the bleeding edge of predictive intelligence, using AI to simulate and predict human behavior at scale. By generating and deploying instances of artificial intelligence that mirror humans, called agents, Aaru simulates entire populations with unprecedented accuracy. Our partners use Aaru to refine strategic positioning, identify and understand high-value audiences, validate concepts and messaging before launch, optimize pricing decisions, and build a continuously richer understanding of their customers through simulation. We provide organizations with invaluable foresight, empowering them to anticipate outcomes and proactively make the right decisions at the right time, every time.
We're a small, dedicated, mission-driven team and we intend to stay that way. We believe the best work happens when exceptionally talented people are given ownership, trust and the space to operate without bureaucratic friction. We work with urgency and intellectual honesty and expect new team members to match our velocity. We seek individuals who thrive at the frontier, who push beyond conventional limits, who bring curiosity and conviction in equal measure, and who want their work to have demonstrable impact in the world. If you're energized by the idea of a small team doing things that feel impossible, let’s build together.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Solutions Engineer, you serve as the technical bridge between Aaru's simulation platform and our customers. Your work is primarily focused on the pre-sale stage, where you partner with the commercial team to help prospective clients understand what the platform can do for them. This includes leading technical discovery, translating complex problems into concrete simulation designs, and preparing walkthroughs and POC evaluations for senior stakeholders. After an engagement begins, you remain involved through delivery, working alongside the deployment team to ensure the solution you scoped is implemented and that clients realize its intended value.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead technical discovery with prospective clients, developing a clear understanding of their objectives and how the platform can address them
Translate complex or ambiguous problems into well-specified simulation designs that can be configured and delivered.
Prepare and present demonstrations and proofs of concept for senior stakeholders, including Innovation and AI executives, CMOs, and C-suite equivalents
Partner with the commercial team throughout the sales process, serving as the technical point of contact and addressing questions on capability, feasibility, and approach
Support the transition from sale to delivery, working alongside the deployment team to ensure scoped solutions are implemented as intended
Serve as a feedback channel into product and engineering, communicating client needs and informing platform priorities
Communicate complex, data-heavy findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF
You have 4 or more years in a solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, technical consulting, or data and analytics role, and you have owned technical workstreams or client relationships rather than only supporting them
You are technically fluent and comfortable reasoning about how systems fit together, and configuring and troubleshoot solutions directly

You are comfortable representing Aaru in senior client settings and can maintain credibility with experienced stakeholders
You are prepared to work fully in person and have a genuine interest in AI
