The Role

The Legal Technology Consulting team design and build technology solutions to NRF’s clients and is a key component of NRF Transform. With our team of developers, business analysts and consultants we work closely with clients and colleagues, such as Legal Operations Consulting and Digital Solutions, to address some really challenging legal and business problems. 

We are looking for a friendly, approachable and experienced Solutions Developer to join our team and support the tailored solutions we build for our clients. Our development team works in both product development and consulting roles depending on the nature of the project and our client’s needs. 

This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our team of consultants, solution architects, developers, project managers and product managers to help solve client problems using appropriate technology
  • Learn quickly and be able to develop the skills required to competently support client solutions built on Microsoft platforms
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and team members on complex technical topics and issues
  • Build Microsoft Power Platform solutions and support them through the development lifecycle
  • Work in accordance with established technical best practice principles to ensure we offer high quality products and solutions to clients
  • Build upon existing processes and protocols through continuous process improvement and sharing lessons learnt
  • Create and maintain accurate and detailed documentation on solutions and processes
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft and emerging technology relevant to our clients and the legal industry
  • Participate in team and department initiatives, social events, and special projects

Technologies that you’ll be working with:

  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI)
  • Azure Services (including Entra ID, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Security)
  • Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Copilot Studio and other MS 365 applications

Key Skills and Experience

  • A thorough understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, Entra ID and Azure services
  • Certifications on the Microsoft technology stack are desirable, Azure and Power Platform in particular
  • Working knowledge of some coding languages is not necessary but will be helpful
  • Ability to design, build, think and communicate in a systematic manner
  • A team player but also able to work independently when needed
  • Excellent analytical, problem identification and issue resolution skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven and demonstrable dedication to quality of work and client focus
  • The ability to work efficiently and effectively towards deadlines
  • Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects with consistently high-quality results
  • Able to demonstrate good judgment in sensitive or stressful situations

Skills Required
