ABOUT THE TEAMOur team is looking for a Solution Designer (Endpoints), Cloud Technologies to support the evolution of the modern management of our digital workplace solutions. The selected candidate will join a team whose mission is to make the user experience as efficient and secure as possible, regardless of the devices used or the workplace location.
ABOUT YOUR ROLEAs a Solution Designer (Endpoints), Cloud Technologies, you will:
Analyze, recommend, document, and deploy technology solutions related to digital workplace platforms, aligned with the strategic direction of the team and the organization
Take ownership and govern the Microsoft Intune MDM platform, including its architecture, standards, configuration, lifecycle, and roadmap
Manage the full device lifecycle (Windows, iOS, MacOS, hybrid), including deployment, configuration, policy compliance, and secure decommissioning
Define and implement compliance policies, security baselines, and endpoint hardening aligned with Zero Trust principles
Lead automation and zero-touch provisioning initiatives through Intune and scripting (e.g., PowerShell)
Collaborate closely with Cybersecurity and Infrastructure teams to translate security requirements into applicable technical controls
Stay current on digital workplace technologies and share knowledge across the team
Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operating procedures
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in endpoint engineering, modern workplace management, or MDM, with responsibility for enterprise-scale platforms
Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune: architecture design, compliance and configuration policies, security baselines, conditional access, and lifecycle management for Windows, iOS, and MacOS
Proven experience as a technical authority or platform owner, defining standards and the strategic direction for endpoint management
Strong knowledge of endpoint security, including patch management, vulnerability remediation, and device and application lifecycle management in a regulated environment
Advanced automation and scripting skills (PowerShell), with the ability to collaborate effectively with Cybersecurity and Infrastructure teams
Bilingualism: English and French (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)
