What You Will Do: You’ll be responsible for managing and consulting on key customer implementations to ensure customers maximize use and value of the HeadsUp system. You’ll provide product and industry expertise, best practices and leadership throughout assigned projects.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Works with Stakeholders to translate requirements, needs, issues, and ideas into project scopes, strategies, priorities and project plans.

  • Conducts product analysis, planning, design and configuration, testing, demos, coaching and training, and facilitates customer onboarding and customer success.

  • Responsible for consulting on best practices of the product and developing solutions to ensure customer success.

  • Develops a thorough understanding of relevant clinical and operational workflows and maps those to appropriate functionality and workflows in the system.

  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, data-driven alerts, and other reporting content that provide business insight and aid business decision-making.

What We Need from You:

  • 3-5 years of related experience in SaaS implementation and Healthcare.

  • Experience with project management methodologies and best practices.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer value.

  • Experience using systems like Jira and Confluence.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

What Would Make You Stand Out:

  • PMP and CSM or PMI-ACP certification are a plus.

  • BI reporting experience is a plus.
