- Develop & present technical presentations and customized demonstrations of PTC Codebeamer to customers, prospects & partners
- Organize technical workshops based on customers’ and partners’ business needs
- Engage with customers, prospects and partners with training and enablement activities
- As a solution finder, suggest potential solutions and/or alternatives to key customer and partner challenges
- Act as technical project manager for customer projects, working with our partners, solution centers & R&D
- Support sales team in qualifying potential opportunities with current customers, partners, and prospects
- Develop technical responses for customer requests for information and proposals (RFI, RFP…)
- Analyze customers’ processes and PTC solutions value
- Occasional travel to conferences and workshops may be required
- Very good relationship building capabilities, high-energy & results-oriented
- Take the lead and responsibility for customer presales engagements
- Attention to detail, solution-finding and good presentation skills
- Ability to multitask and structured thinking
- Experience in software programming is a plus (Java, C, HTML5, JavaScript, etc.)
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
- Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years professional experience in a similar role, ALM experience (automotive/medical/pharma/A&D) is a bonus
