As a Solution Consultant for Kainos' SMART Suite for Workday, you will play a pivotal role in engaging prospects and customers, showcasing how our innovative SMART products can enhance their Workday experience. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a passion for solution selling, technical expertise, and customer success. You will be instrumental in driving sales opportunities, crafting tailored solutions, and positioning Kainos as a trusted partner in optimizing Workday investments.

Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Customer Engagement and Discovery - Lead discovery sessions with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives. Collaborate with sales teams to qualify opportunities and align customer requirements with the capabilities of the SMART Suite for Workday. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by demonstrating deep knowledge of Workday and Kainos SMART solutions.
  • Solution Demonstration and Value Proposition - Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer-specific use cases, showcasing the unique value of the SMART Suite. Build robust business cases and ROI analyses that highlight the strategic benefits of adopting Kainos SMART products. Partner with account executives to craft winning strategies that drive customer adoption and satisfaction.
  • Technical Expertise and Product Advocacy – Develop a deep understanding of the SMART Suite’s technical capabilities, integrations with Workday, and competitive differentiators. Provide technical guidance during the sales cycle, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring alignment with their goals. Collaborate with product development teams to communicate market needs and contribute ideas for product enhancements.
  • Business Analysis and Strategy - Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for product innovation or market expansion. Support the development of go-to-market strategies for new features or enhancements within the SMART Suite. Lead responses to RFIs/RFPs by articulating clear, value-based solutions tailored to customer requirements.
  • Putting people first & developing others – As a new member of our high-performing team, you will have the opportunity to embrace a collaborative mindset by sharing your insights and fresh perspectives with peers. Engage in team activities that promote learning and development. 

Experience/Skills requirements  

  • Extensive experience of hands-on experience with HCM in functional or consulting roles (preferably Workday)
  • Extensive experience of solution consulting, presales, or customer-facing roles within SaaS or related industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to align technical solutions with business outcomes. Experience building value-driven presentation is highly desirable.
  • Relationship Building: Desire to network both internally and externally that will encourage you to foster trust and collaboration, becoming a supportive partner in our customers' success.
