Role Overview
As a Solution Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Account Executives and Account Managers. You will be responsible for demonstrating our solutions to potential clients, managing trial accounts, and conducting renewal meetings. This role requires a strong focus on both client-facing activities and internal support, collaborating closely with the Customer Experience (CX) and Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Conduct product demos, trial account meetings, and renewal discussions to ensure clients understand and derive maximum value from our solutions.
- Internal Support: Provide support to the CX and Sales teams to enhance client interactions and overall sales strategy.
- Follow-Up: Manage follow-up activities for trial accounts and renewals to maintain client engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and Account Managers to align client needs with our solutions and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Day-to-Day Activities
- Conducting product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Managing and following up on trial accounts to ensure successful onboarding.
- Scheduling and leading meetings related to renewals and ongoing client engagement.
- Supporting internal teams with presentations, client interactions, and other pre-sales activities.
- Utilizing CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to track client interactions and manage the sales pipeline.
Key Measurements of Success
Contribution to overall sales revenue and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Effectiveness in managing trial accounts and securing renewals.
Positive feedback from Account Executives, Account Managers, and clients.

90 Days: Establish a solid understanding of our products, successfully conduct initial client demos, and manage a set of trial accounts effectively.
120 Days: Demonstrate increased competency in handling complex client interactions, contribute to successful renewals, and showcase effective internal collaboration.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar or related role (sales operations, sales, account management), preferably within a SaaS company.
- Bilingual (English and Arabic Proficiency)
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Strong account management abilities
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and HubSpot
- Ability to read and interpret RFPs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
Desired Background
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in a SaaS company within Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.
