We are seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant. As a Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, designing tailored Employer Record (EOR) solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. This role requires a deep understanding of global employment compliance, payroll processes, and the ability to communicate complex solutions effectively to clients. The Solutions Consultant will report to the Head of Implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Needs Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their workforce and employment needs

  • Assess client goals and challenges to develop customised EOR solutions

Solution Design:

  • Design comprehensive multi-product solutions that align with client requirements and compliance standards

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to create robust and scalable solutions

  • Conduct demos of the technology solutions

Compliance Management:

  • Stay abreast of global employment laws and regulations to ensure EOR and global payroll solutions adhere to legal requirements

  • Guide on compliance issues and work with clients to mitigate risks

Client Engagement:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships

  • Present and communicate EOR and/or global payroll solutions effectively, addressing client concerns and questions

Implementation Support:

  • Work closely with project managers and implementation teams to ensure seamless execution of EOR and/or global payroll solutions

  • Provide ongoing support to clients during the implementation phase, addressing any challenges that may arise

Training and Education:

  • Develop and deliver training sessions for clients on EOR and global payroll processes, compliance, and best practices

  • Create educational materials to enhance client understanding of EOR and global payroll services

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the EOR and global payroll services framework

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance the company's EOR offerings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field

  • Proven experience in a Solutions Consultant or similar role, with a focus on Employer of Record services

  • Strong understanding of global employment laws and regulations

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical bent of mind

  • Strong research, problem-solving, and process development skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
