About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect – Full Stack to define and drive end-to-end solution strategies across our digital and manufacturing technology landscape. The Solution Architect will ensure alignment with operational, architectural, security, and design principles while overseeing execution across the full solution lifecycle—planning, analysis, design, testing, and deployment.
This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to build scalable, compliant, and innovative digital solutions that meet GMP regulatory expectations. You will work closely with internal teams, client technical partners, and third-party vendors to design and implement applications, platforms, and cloud solutions across our enterprise ecosystem.
What You Will Do
· Understand business drivers, future-state goals, and existing capabilities to develop system designs and technical requirements that support strategic outcomes.
· Evaluate emerging technology trends and identify practical opportunities to enhance or transform business capabilities.
· Lead requirements gathering sessions to understand business “what” and “why” before defining the technical “how.”
· Collaborate with internal and external development teams to define and deliver optimal technologies and tools for solution implementation.
· Analyse the business–IT environment to identify technical gaps, legacy constraints, and areas of technical debt; recommend remediation strategies.
· Facilitate evaluation and selection of software standards, tools, platforms, and services.
· Provide architectural direction for standard and custom application configurations.
· Drive technical delivery, ensuring compliance with risk, privacy, cybersecurity, and legal requirements.
· Review proposed projects, feature enhancements, and release plans to ensure alignment with architectural standards.
· Contribute to and implement platform innovation roadmaps; create proof-of-concept models for new technology areas.
· Mentor junior architects, engineers, and technical team members.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical stakeholders across business units.
· Provide guidance to agile software delivery teams on best practices and architectural standards.
What You Should Bring
· Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
· Hands-on experience applying a structured architectural framework (e.g., TOGAF) to document regulated systems.
· Experience designing compliant CI/CD pipelines that include automated GxP documentation generation and formal electronic sign-offs to meet release control requirements.
· Manufacturing/industrial domain knowledge is highly preferred.
· Proven experience in full SDLC delivery: design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
· Understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and associated tools.
· Strong analytical abilities with a creative approach to solving complex business and technical problems.
· Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and others.
· Strong frontend development knowledge: JavaScript, React.js, HTML, CSS.
· Backend development skills: Node.js, Python, or equivalent technologies.
· Certification: AWS or Microsoft Certified Cloud Solution Architect – Professional (preferred).
· Hands-on experience building cloud-based RESTful API services.
· Ability to influence cross-functional teams and guide technology decisions across multiple projects including the AI enabled projects.
