The Solutions Architect plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing data and analytics systems aligned with company goals. Responsibilities include assessing and optimizing systems architecture, providing leadership to development teams, and staying updated on emerging technologies. Effective communication with stakeholders and proficiency in cloud technologies are essential.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Lead the design and implementation of data and analytics information systems aligned with company objectives.
• Assess and optimize existing systems architecture in collaboration with technical teams.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and technical support to development teams.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, evaluating their potential integration for improved solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, addressing technical concerns and proposing solutions.
• Evaluate the business impact of technical decisions and provide updates on project progress and budgets.
• Develop and defend solution designs, considering security and cost implications.
• Design comprehensive multilayer solution architectures, covering applications, data, and infrastructure.
• Maintain documentation including architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Contribute to the establishment of architectural standards and reusable components.
What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect in a cloud environment. (Azure, GCP, AWS or Databricks)
• Strong understanding of engineering and software architecture principles.
• Previous experience in project management is a plus.
Knowledge of application and data platform design and integration patterns.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (C1 level).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in creating technical documentation.
• Professional or Expert level certification preferred.
