Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic and experienced Enterprise Architect to join our Digital Business Unit team. In this role, you will be responsible for championing our customers' data transformation journeys by bridging the gap between complex physical/digital information environments and modern business outcomes. You will join our open, dynamic, and highly energetic Commercial Team in Asia Pacific, working alongside technology professionals dedicated to adding value through innovative digital solutions.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Lead Strategic Architecture and Consultation: Analyze customers' information environments to architect end-to-end solutions involving Electronic Content Management (ECM), workflow automation, and digital storage that solve specific business challenges and guide clients toward cloud-native governance.
Drive Pre-Sales Leadership and Commercial Impact: Partner with sales teams to exceed growth targets by leading the technical portion of Request for Proposals (RFPs), building Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models, and creating detailed architectural diagrams and Scopes of Work (SOW).
Champion Product Evangelism and Innovation: Deliver high-impact solution demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) while acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide internal training and share intelligence on market trends like Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Records Management.
The ideal candidate will have:
10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Pre-Sales Engineering, or Enterprise Architecture, with a proven track record in the Data Management or Information Governance sectors.
Strong knowledge of core digital domains, including Electronic Content Management (ECM), Business Process Management (BPM), and cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Proven ability to influence and consult at the executive level, translating complex technical architectures into tangible business value for Chief Information Officers (CIOs) and Chief Data Officers (CDOs).
A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Management, Information Technology, or Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
