What you'll do:
- Become an expert in GenAI platform adoption by large enterprises.
- Lead executive-level and senior technical conversations to help translate requirements into a jointly agreed architecture and adoption plans.
- Design and document complex multi-system integrations (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, data layers, telephony); run discovery and solution workshops; guide implementation.
- Oversee all key initiatives handled by Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to ensure reliable delivery of best in class solutions that meet customer needs.
- Support expectation-setting with customers and channel feedback to Product and leadership to inform roadmaps and standards.
- Act as a subject-matter expert for partners; enable their engineers during onboarding and adoption.
Ideally, you'll bring:
- 8+ years of total professional experience with strong Computer Science / software engineering background.
- 3+ years of experience designing and delivering complex software solutions to enterprise customers.
- In-depth grasp of complex enterprise architectures - data storage, interoperability, etc.
- Hands-on integration (REST/GraphQL) skills and solid coding ability in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive relationship building skills.
- Great planning and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Polish.
- Coaching mindset to enable TAMs, customers, and partners to adopt Zowie successfully and scale.
Nice to have:
- Experience launching AI Agents and driving adoption with enterprise customers.
- Knowledge of telephony: SIP trunking and call routing/setup.
