Your day at NTT DATA
The Solutions Architect is a distinguished subject matter expert, adept at crafting Managed Networking solutions encompassing LAN/WiFi, Security, WAN, and SD-WAN. This role entails partnering with Sales to manage customer projects, while collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to devise optimal solutions that align with customer requirements and budget constraints. The emphasis is predominantly on the service dimension of these solutions, rather than the technical intricacies.What you'll be doing
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Design: Architect service solutions that precisely meet customer requirements while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to discern their needs, provide expert guidance, and ensure solutions are aligned with overarching business objectives.
- Proposal Documentation: Contribute to the development of proposal documents, articulating the drafted service architecture with clarity and precision.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure all services adhere to relevant security policies and industry standards.
- Presentation: Collaborate with Sales to present our proposal/solution to the customer, convincingly demonstrating NTT’s superiority.
- Innovation and Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest trends in service delivery and propose innovative solutions to enhance service offerings.
Knowledge and Attributes:
- Comprehensive (not exhaustive) knowledge of IT networking technologies: Proficient in LAN/WiFi, Security, WAN, and SD-WAN.
- Experience with IT network outsourcing deals: skilled in designing service organization and governance related to network services.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams: Experienced in working with sales, product, delivery, and other departments.
- Exceptional communication skills: Demonstrates excellence in both verbal and written communication, coupled with outstanding interpersonal skills to foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Superior presentation skills: Capable of delivering compelling presentations.
- Keen awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies: Maintains up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments in the field.
- Proficiency in German and English: Possesses language skills at a minimum of B2 level in both languages.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or business or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies (for example, TOGAF, Zachman, SOA, ITIL, COBIT, etc.).
