The Role

As our first Solutions Architect at Rockbot, you will be pivotal in identifying business opportunities and engineering robust technical solutions that drive growth in the sales space. About Us: 

Rockbot empowers businesses to simply and reliably stream the right content to make their guests' experience great with a suite of innovative multimedia solutions - Rockbot TV, Rockbot Digital Signage, Rockbot Music, and Rockbot Audio Messaging. Rockbot is the only platform that unifies the full spectrum of media solutions with an enterprise-grade SaaS platform, enabling them to control, schedule, and monitor any number of locations from our web dashboard and mobile app.

What You'll Do:

  • Tailor Solutions: Present Rockbot’s suite of products and services, aligning them with the specific pain points and objectives of prospective clients to enhance their business operations.
  • Craft Engaging Presentations: Develop comprehensive presentations that highlight product features, pricing, and value propositions, addressing both technical and business needs.
  • Design and Implement Programs: Build customized solutions and program strategies for prospects and clients, successfully positioning them to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Drive Client Success: Lead sales presentations, engage with clients, and ensure seamless product adoption, focusing on an exceptional user experience.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of market trends and competitive offerings, serving as a trusted technical advisor and industry thought leader.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with the sales team to support new customer acquisition and assist in expanding key accounts.
  • Technical Support: Provide in-depth technical expertise to both internal teams and clients, ensuring successful deployment and ongoing support of Rockbot solutions.

What You Bring:

  • Technical and Sales Expertise: Proven ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business benefits within a B2B sales environment.
  • Industry Insight: Solid experience working with marketing platforms, ad platforms, POS and/or hospitality SaaS, Hubspot, ZenDesk, startup ERP systems. Experience working with innovative and new products.
  • Creative Problem Solving: A track record of innovation in sales strategies and customer relationship-building.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Proficiency in generating reports and leveraging data to optimize sales strategies and customer outcomes.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, high-stress environment.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A team player who thrives in cross-functional settings and is eager to partner with sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive results.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel 10%-20%, based on client and team needs.

Compensation:

Rockbot takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location in the U.S. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

The compensation band for this role is $150k to $180k + bonus, as well as equity, and benefits for all team members.
