Position Summary:

Trend Micro is seeking a Solutions Architect to design and implement technical solutions to help the business meet its objectives. You will review the business context for solutions to customer challenges as well as define the vision and requirements for the solution, recommending potential options, (which may include RFIs, RFPs or prototype development), and develop a roadmap for the selected solution. Must have experience building and implementing AI projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical point of contact for Trend Micro’s largest customers and prospects for all Vision One Solutions.

• Develop a deep understanding of customers’ goals and objectives and articulate how Trend Micro offerings address their needs.

• Build and develop integrated solutions for Vision One customers, partners, and vendors.

• Develop healthy and trusted relationships with key cloud partners in the US.

• Drive field enablement through the creation of collateral (demos, videos, training, etc).

• Provide Proof of Concept service to customers and prospects while helping clients with planning and implementation of Trend Micro solutions.

• Maintain and expand working knowledge of current and beta products.

• Willing to travel within the US for customers facing activities, as well as marketing channel, and key partner initiatives.

• Business level understand of customers and long-term security posture planning

Preferred Qualifications:

• Possess a firm understanding of AI offerings, preferably from both Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure platforms. 

• BS degree applicable to the role or combination of: Administration or architecture and pre-sales experience in Security

• At least three (3) years of experience working with Public Cloud provider technologies and services. (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba and OCI).

• Expert in Cloud Network Architecture

• Experience with IAC - Terraform

• Broad experience including: security processes, cloud risk and compliance, cloud architecture, applications development, networking, security, storage, DevOps, containers, serverless, CI/CD, cloud migrations, IT transformation.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.

• Functional knowledge of programming, PowerShell, Python, Go, etc.

• Experience with CI/CD delivery using code management, configuration management and automation tools such as GitHub actions, azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.

• Multi-system Integration using industry standards such as REST, API, JSON, etc.

• Experience with any claims based authentication (SAML/OAuth), MFA, RBAC

• Knowledge of cloud security controls including, shared responsibility model, incident response, vulnerability mitigation, application firewalls, SIEM, etc.

• Technical aptitude and experience to learn new cloud security technologies and understand relevant cloud security market trends

One or more of below certifications or training is required:

• Kubernetes Certified Administrator

• AWS Professional level certificates

• Microsoft Azure Administrator

• Google Certified Professional

• Linux/Solaris/UNIX System Administration

• Alibaba Cloud Professional Certifications
