The Role

The Solutions Architect for the Solutions & Success team will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing customer workflows using the Cofactr platform. This individual will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, designing and executing integration solutions, and leading the technical onboarding process. With a focus on ERP and enterprise software integrations, this role will serve as a bridge between our technology and our customer’s operational needs, ensuring seamless deployment and long-term success. As an expert on the platform, you will be the go-to resource for designing tailored solutions that address specific business challenges, all while maintaining a deep understanding of the evolving technological landscape.


In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of both the customer and Cofactr. You’ll work closely with clients to assess their processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and design efficient, scalable workflows. This is a dynamic position that requires a blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies. As our company grows, you will have the opportunity to expand your skill set and take on greater responsibilities, making this a key role in the development of our Solutions & Success team.

What You’ll Do:

- Become an expert on the Cofactr platform

- Customer Evaluations

- Take customer segments/requirements to design workflows

- Speak to platform value as a process/segment expert

- Lead integration design with customer

- Design & Build Prismatic Integrations
